Greetings! I'm Agnese Spona, the driving force behind ThinkNess, a boutique consultancy specialising in workshop design and facilitation, offering inspiration in various forms, and delivering learning design inspired by the principles of customer experience and service design.

Over the past two decades, my journey has taken me through a diverse range of professions, spanning journalism, PR, event management, UX writing, transliteration, digital product management, academia, and customer experience. I've navigated large multinational organisations, agencies, and ventured into entrepreneurship for the last 5 years.

At Thinkness, I've combined this experience into a singular mission: helping individuals and organisations grow, building their capabilities, and always putting humans at the centre of everything we do.

I don't tread this path alone. I collaborate closely with partners and networks, assembling teams tailored to each project to provide the best support for our clients.
